Congratulations to all of our Championship swimmers today! I hope everyone enjoyed their experience at Championships. Thank you to everyone who volunteered and to those families that joined us just to help with relays!

I am attaching the Meet Results and Individual Results. (Lots of new best times!) The Meet Results will look a little different and the Individual Results are going to show both the Prelim results and today’s results. Because our Prelims were swum in both a yard pool and a meter pool you will notice a “Y” next to the 8 & Under and 13-18 Prelim times. The times from today are in Meters. It doesn’t matter – just letting you know in case you’re wondering what the Y means.

All-STARS – be checking your email for details on that meet. The deadline to get a t-shirt is TOMORROW, 7/16/23! Please let Coach Emilie know if you’d like a t-shirt and what size (adult or child) by tomorrow. The cost is $10.

Banquet Potluck: I hope many of you can join us tomorrow at 4pm to celebrate. We’ve never done the banquet later in the day so this will be a first – more of a dinner than a brunch.

Please bring a dish to share (suggestion):

Last Names N-Z = side dish

We’ll first eat outside and then head into the clubhouse around 5:00pm-ish to watch the slideshow. Then back outside behind the baby pool (in the visiting team area) for a fun awards ceremony.

It’s going to be hot tomorrow so plan and dress accordingly. NO WET SUITS IN THE CLUBHOUSE, PLEASE!

Lost & Found: I plan to put out the lost & found items on a table somewhere but not yet sure where. Take a look. I get a lot of, “Oh hey, that’s our ___. I didn’t even know it was missing!”

Swimmer Envelopes: If you are unable to make it to the banquet tomorrow I will have an envelope for your swimmer(s) with their awards, etc. Feel free to contact me directly and arrange a time to pick it up. I will have them at my house.

For those that we won’t see tomorrow, thank you for helping to make this such a great season. We hope that you had fun!
